| TIP FOR RETAINER SEALS NEW SEALS WILL FIT LOOSELY IN EARLY NUMBER RETAINERS WITH THE IH# 251363 R1. THE EARLY RETAINER HAD A BORE OF 3.881 AND SEAL WAS 3.886. THE UPDATED RETAINERS WITH IH# 251363 R2 HAVE A BORE OF 3.876 AND SEAL OF 3.881. IF YOU HAVE THE R1 RETAINER, THE NEWER SEALS WILL BE LOOSE AND COULD LEAK WITHOUT SILICONE OR JB WELD. |

| Note: This seal will not be a tight fit in either of the original used crankshaft rear oil seal retainer assemblies. Sadly, we have not found a better fitting seal from any of our distributors. You will have to silicone this one in your old retainer or purchase a new retainer. |
